Natalia helps climbers to unlock their potential through working with their nutrition and lifestyle. She has been a climbing coach since 2014, in 2021 she became a certified nutritionist, and this double-sided approach lets her understand deeper the needs of a climber’s body, optimize not only training, but also recovery, and find the core reasons why a person is not yet climbing their best. Her work is creating step-by-step plans and staying in touch on a climber’s way to better them.
